Mr. Nitin Agarwaal

Chairman

Mr. Nitin Agarwal, founder and chairman of Shree Maa Multichem Pvt. Ltd., began his professional journey in 1990 when he joined his family business of LABSA manufacturing and distribution of chemical products
He is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur who founded Shree Maa Multichem Pvt. Ltd. in 2003 with a vision to create value for his clients and grow mutually.
His all-pervasive knowledge of sales and marketing, production technical expertise in the field of chemistry, and his leadership and management skills have helped to build a strong goodwill for himself and his company in the Home and Personal Care industry.
Responsible for the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to describe, organize, oversee, and control the various project processes.
Principal player of the team for taking responsibility & accountability for those projects they have been charged with.
He is the co-founder and treasurer of the Bengal Soaps & Detergents Welfare Association, former director of the Indian Home & Personal Care Industry Association, co-founder and treasurer of All India Federation of Soaps, Detergents & Home Care Products Manufacturers, and Member of the Indian Chemical Merchants and Manufacturers Association.

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for innovation and business development, supervises and coordinates activities of the different departments.
Manages marketing activities, indulges in employee engagement and management of client relationships, & is also responsible for expansion projects.
Knowledgeable practitioners with a shared understanding of the processes required to plan and execute the business analysis process
The Capacity to standardize organizational project management processes and procedures
Systematizing business meet for a complete introduction to the company/products
Systematizing trials at the customer end for existing / new product developments
